Collision Reports dated May 15, 2009 or later are available online.
Collision Reports not resulting in an arrest or citation are available online. Reports that are criminal in nature are not available online.

Who can request a Traffic Collision Report?
Per the California Vehicle Code (VC 20012), collision reports are available to
"...the driver(s) involved, the parent of a minor driver, the authorized representative of
the driver (i.e.: insurance company) and the owner of vehicles or of property damaged..."

When is my report available online?
All Traffic Collision reports take a minimum of 15 working days to process. Please wait at
least 15 working days from the date of the collision before accessing this system to
retrieve your report.

Cost to you?
The cost for obtaining your report online is $7.50. Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card are
acceptable forms of payment. Your report is immediately available to you upon completion
of the required information.
